Energy audits & efficientcy upgrades

Pure Eco Environmental Solutions conducts projects for our clients aimed at significantly reducing, and in some cases eliminating, their carbon footprint. Projects are conducted in multiple areas where conservation should always be completed before attempting the others.

Energy Audits & Efficiency Upgrades As energy prices rise, and concern for greenhouse emissions intensifies, it is very important to limit the amount of energy that is consumed or accidentally wasted. We conduct energy audits for commercial and residential facilities combined with cost optimization modeling to maximize our clients return on investment. Energy Audits & Efficiency Upgrades

Pure Eco ES's staff is trained to complete these tasks:

For existing buildings and homes

  • Perform extensive energy audits on systems such as building envelope, HVAC, lighting, water and operations. Identify opportunities for improvements
  • Use analytical tools developed to maximize energy saved with the goal to optimize the investment in the improvements
  • Test, document and provide Energy Star (HERS) rating to enhance resale value or for obtaining an energy improvement mortgage
  • Evaluate and recommend changes, if required, to obtain desired LEED category level
  • Plan, procure, install and assure performance of energy conservation materials and equipment

For new building and home construction

  • Use analytical tools developed by the Department of Energy (BOPT, EnergyPlus and VisualDOE) to orient buildings on sites for maximum use of solar energy and to evaluate design, materials and equipment trade-offs to maximize efficiency while minimizing investment
  • Evaluate and provide Energy Star (HERS) ratings to qualify builders for energy efficient tax credits
  • Evaluate and guide construction to obtain desired LEED cateorgy level
  • Plan, procure, install and assure performance of energy conservation materials and equipment plus train building owners/operators
