Paul has a BBA in marketing from Western Michigan University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Phoenix. Beginning in October of 1993 he started a 14 year career with Chrysler Corporation working in the sales and marketing division. During that time he held multiple field positions consulting with Chrysler Corporation dealers in the areas of inventory management, process optimization (QS9000), sales and marketing strategy and dealer profitability. By the end of his career Paul had taken command of Chrysler’s largest sales territories in both new car sales and Mopar parts for North America.
In 2007 Paul joined Innovative Media out of Madison Heights Michigan. Innovative Media is a tier 1 supplier to the Automotive Industry supplying graphic branding to Chrysler and Penske Automotive Group. Paul worked as the Brand Manager for Great Lakes Region and Canada. Ryan has a Bachelor of Geosciences degree from Michigan State University. He worked as corporate quality manager and assistant plant manager for Metalworking Lubricants Company at both of their facilities in Pontiac, MI and Indianapolis, IN. While working at Metalworking Lubricants, Ryan managed operations in the finished product blending, waste treatment, laboratory, transportation, and maintenance departments. His major responsibilities were maintaining the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction, resolving any customer complaints, ensuring smooth operations throughout the facility, maintaining all facility permits and handling inspections, and working in conjunction with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, The City of Indianapolis, and EPA Region 5.
Ryan is an accredited, certified ISO internal auditor and was also responsible for maintaining Metalworking Lubricants ISO 9001:2000 program and certification. He recently became a LEED accredited professional through the USGBC's LEED for New Construction Program. Dr. Oswald received all of his college degrees from the University of Michigan in Aerospace Engineering. Beginning in May 1971, he spent the first 26 years of his professional career at the General Motor Research and Development Center. There, he conducted, then later lead, R & D projects covering a wide range of topics. Some of these included: vehicle aerodynamic drag and noise reduction, vehicle and engine structural analysis, vehicle interior noise and engine noise reduction, tire noise and rolling resistance reduction, active noise control and electric and hybrid propulsion system development.
In February 1998 he left GM to join the Chrysler Corporation where, at first, he directed all body-engineering activities at their Advanced Engineering Group. In December 2000 he was appointed the CEO of Global Electric Motorcar, LLC (GEM) when Chrysler purchased GEM from its founders. He spent the next 10 years growing GEM into a successful and profitable electric vehicle business, with nearly 37,000 vehicles sold world-wide during this time. more...
Kathy Oswald began her career as a secretary at the Chrysler Jefferson assembly plant in 1972. During her 28 years with Chrysler, she grew to become Chrysler’s top female executive before retiring in 2000. At the time of her retirement Kathy was Chrysler’s Chief Administrative Officer responsible for Human Resources, Labor Relations, Public Relations and Communications.
Following her career at Chrysler, Kathy joined Right Management Consultants as President, Great Lakes Region. While at Right Great Lakes, she was responsible for all operations of their offices in the Great Lakes region including Southfield, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Toledo. Her key roles included leading their Organizational Consulting, Key Executive and Business Development activities, as well as growing Right Great Lakes customer base.
